Deposit of $750 will reserve your whole beef today. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your whole beef.

All of our beef is USDA inspected and sourced from our herd, ensuring the freshest and most flavorful beef.   • Whole Beef

    We aim for our steers to be 800-1000 pounds live weight. Hanging weight should roughly be 505-630.

    Standard cuts on a whole beef include steaks, brisket, roast, stew meats, ribs, soup/dog bones and ground (hamburger). We use USDA Certified, Smokey Ridge Meats in Chewelah, WA. When purchasing a whole beef you get to pick the cuts you want.

    For a whole beef you can expect roughly 375-475 pounds of beef for your freezer!

    PRICING

    Price is $6.75/lb at hanging weight, this includes butcher, cut and wrap. (If you prefer vacuum packaging that is an additional $0.60/per package.)

    Deposit for Whole beef is $750 ($200 non-refundable).

    The remaining due before delivery will be scheduled.
