Due to the perishable nature of our beef and pork products, Piper Lane Ranch L.L.C. is unable to accept returns or provide refunds. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer replacements for products deemed inedible under the following conditions:
- Notification Period: Customers must notify Piper Lane Ranch L.L.C. within 15 days of purchase if any product is found to be inedible due to spoilage or thawing during transportation.
- Conditions for Replacement: A product will be considered inedible if there is visible spoilage.
- Documentation Requirement: Customers must provide clear photographs of the affected packages and the product once opened, along with the dates and times these photographs were taken.
- Limitations on Replacement: Only one replacement will be issued per delivery trip. Customers are required to check and verify all products from the same delivery before requesting a replacement.

Piper Lane Ranch L.L.C. provides livestock for sale in good faith and represents each animal’s condition and health status to the best of our knowledge at the time of transfer. Because live animals are subject to variables outside our control, buyers acknowledge and agree that:

Before completing any livestock purchase, buyers are given the opportunity to visually inspect the animal and evaluate its condition and suitability for their intended use. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
