Deposit Payment is non-refundable unless something happens to the animal prior to leaving our Ranch.
If you choose to back-out of your purchase, money will not be refunded nor will it become escrowed and count towards a future animal.
All pick-up dates will be scheduled with you.
After 30-days of non-retrieval, animal will be re-listed and deposit will be forfeited.
Out of State Residents | Brand Inspection / Health Inspection Paperwork is an additional cost. Please discuss with us prior to pick-up date if needed.
All purchases are final once animal is picked up.
We are not responsible for any latent health issues that may occur.
Emmylou is a wonderful mother who breeds back yearly. Unassisted calving with abundance of milk. She isn't overly friendly and you can't pet her, but she will take treats from you. The only reason we are selling her is because she is the only one of our herd that needs her hooves trimmed and we have no one locally that does it.
She is in desperate need of a trim now and priced accordingly.
We are also willing to get her hooves trimmed and bred back to one of our bulls for Spring 2027 calf. This would be $1000 additional, and she would not be available for pick-up until October of 2026.
